This policy forms part of our Terms of Service. It covers what you may and may not submit to Hivebizz, and how our page capture behaves.

1. Why this policy exists
Hivebizz loads and analyses web pages you point it at. That capability can be misused. This policy sets the boundaries, protects site owners, and protects you from doing something you did not realise was a problem.
2. URLs you may submit
You may submit a URL if any of the following is true:
- You own the page
- You operate the page for a client with their authorisation
- The page is publicly accessible and you are analysing it for legitimate competitive or educational research
You may not submit a URL if:
- It requires a login, subscription, or paywall to view, and you are circumventing that
- The site's terms of service prohibit automated access and you are bound by them
- The page's primary content is personal data about individuals (staff directories, member lists, dating profiles, patient or student information)
- The page hosts illegal content, CSAM, or content that infringes someone's rights
- You are submitting it to harass, defame, or build a case against a person or business
- The page belongs to critical infrastructure, government services, or healthcare systems
3. How our capture behaves
So you know exactly what happens when you submit a URL:
- We load the page once per test, in a headless browser, as a single ordinary visitor
- We do not attempt to log in, bypass access controls, submit forms, or click through to other pages
- We do not crawl. One URL means one page
- We do not perform any kind of scanning, probing, or load testing
If you are a site owner who wants a capture of your page removed, see Section 6.
4. Prohibited uses of the service
Do not use Hivebizz to:
- Generate volume requests against any site (repeated tests of the same URL to cause load)
- Attempt to extract our system prompts, persona generation logic, or scoring methodology
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or create a derivative service from our output
- Resell raw Hivebizz reports as a standalone product under another name
- Circumvent plan limits by creating multiple accounts
- Access the service by automated means outside our documented API
- Present synthetic persona output as real user research to a third party
5. Agency and client use
Using Hivebizz in client work is expected and permitted, including on the Agency plan with white-labelled reports. Two conditions:
- You must have your client's authorisation to test their pages
- Reports delivered to clients must retain the synthetic-personas disclaimer. It is not removable at any tier, on any plan, in any export format
6. If you are a site owner
If your site was tested through Hivebizz and you want the capture and any associated report deleted, email hello@hivebizz.com from an address at that domain, or provide other reasonable proof of control. We will investigate and delete confirmed captures, typically within 7 days.
7. Enforcement
Violations may result in warning, suspension, or termination depending on severity. Serious violations, particularly those involving illegal content, harassment, or attacks on third-party sites, result in immediate termination without refund, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
