Free tier first

Every account gets one free test. Please use it before subscribing. It is the best way to decide whether Hivebizz is useful for your pages.

Subscriptions

14-day refund window. If you are unhappy with your first payment on any plan, email hello@hivebizz.com within 14 days and we will refund it in full. No justification required.
Renewals are not automatically refundable. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Partial months are not refunded on cancellation. Your plan stays active until the period ends.

One-off tests

The $15 single test is refundable only if the test failed to produce a report. If a report was generated, the service was delivered and it is not refundable.

Failed tests

A test that fails for technical reasons (page would not load, capture failed, too many persona runs errored) does not consume a credit. No refund is needed because you were not charged for it. If a credit was consumed in error, email us and we will restore it.

Not grounds for a refund

Disagreeing with a report's findings or score
Implementing fixes that did not improve your real conversion rate
Forgetting to cancel before renewal, though we will consider genuine cases individually

How to request

Email hello@hivebizz.com from your account address with your order reference. Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days.

Nothing here limits statutory refund rights you may have under consumer law in your country.
