How to delete your data from Hivebizz, what gets deleted, and what does not.
Contact: hello@hivebizz.com
In the app, open the test and choose Delete test. This immediately and permanently removes:
This cannot be undone. Deleted tests do not refund credits.
In the app: Settings, then Delete account. You will be asked to confirm by typing your email address.
By email: write to hello@hivebizz.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify it is you and confirm when it is done.
Timeline: deletion begins immediately. All data is removed from live systems within 7 days and purged from encrypted backups within 30 days.
Billing and tax records. Invoices and payment records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax law and our merchant of record's obligations. These contain your name, email, billing country, and amounts paid. They contain no test data.
Anonymized benchmark statistics. Aggregate figures such as "median Swarm Score for SaaS pages" may persist. These contain no URL, no report content, and nothing linking back to you. They cannot be reversed to identify you or your clients.
Server logs. Deleted on the normal 90-day rolling cycle rather than immediately. Logs contain IP addresses and request paths, not test content.
Anything legally required. If we are under a legal hold or obligation, we retain only what is strictly required, and only for as long as required.
If Hivebizz captured a page you own and you want it removed, you do not need an account.
Email hello@hivebizz.com with the URL. Verify control of the domain by writing from an email address at that domain, or by another reasonable method we agree on.
We will locate any captures of that URL, delete them and the associated reports, and confirm back to you. Target turnaround is 7 days.
Deletion is permanent, so export first if you want to keep anything.
For access, correction, portability, or objection requests, email hello@hivebizz.com. We respond within 30 days. There is no charge unless a request is repetitive or manifestly excessive.
If you are unhappy with how we handled a request, you may complain to your local data protection authority. In India, that is the Data Protection Board.
When you delete your account, deletion propagates to:
